Preparing for Christmas
Our Nursery and Pre-K students are hard at work preparing for our Christmas Gala on December 18 and Grandparents' Day on December 19. Please practice the songs with the children at home.
The Nursery students will be leading us in song with the chorus of Jingle Bells and We Wish You a Merry Christmas.
Our Pre-K students are singing More Than a Baby, which they will sing along with the Kindergarten. The Pre-K students are enjoying learning this song and other traditional Christmas carols featured in the Christmas Gala. They are very excited to be angels in the Christmas Gala Nativity.

When we have not been rehearsing for the Christmas Gala we have been enjoying other Christmas and Advent themed activities. At the beginning of each music class in December we "light" the Advent wreath with LED Advent candles and sing our Advent song, He is Coming. We have also had some fun moving creatively with scarves while listening to parts of the Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Ballet.
